At Ring Ninja we strive to meet our customers demands. All of our products come with a 21 days satisfaction guarantee, and the majority of our products have either our own Lifetime Warranty, or a manufacturers Lifetime Warranty. Following are the terms and conditions of those warranties and our return/exchange policy. Also any questions you have about the shipment of your item we think we've answered here as well. Shipping Time for Your Order

At Ring Ninja we strive to ship your product as quickly as possible. We have two types of products available to you. Our In Stock items, and our Made to Order items. If your item is 'In Stock' it will be designated on the product page, right by the 'add to cart' button and will look like this:

These 'In Stock' items will leave our facility the same day you order providing that it is a business day (ie: Monday-Friday, USA federal holidays excluded) and you order before 2PM Eastern Time. Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method you select and the country you are in. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and it is rumored that USPS (The United States Post Office) will cease to deliver on Saturday as well, so if you order UPS Next Day Air on a Friday before 2PM, even if it ships out on Friday, you will receive the item the next business day, which in this case would be Monday. If your item, or one of your items in your order is designated as 'Made to Order' then your order will not ship until that product has been made, this includes if you have other prodcuts that are 'In Stock' in your order - if you want those faster we suggest placing a seperate order. Once your product has been made it will ship via the shipping method you select. So for example if the product takes us 3 days to make, and you use Next Day Air for shipping, you would get the product the next business day after we complete production, in this example an order placed on Monday would be received on Friday. Please also note that 'Made to Order Items' cannot be canceled once ordered as we will have set aside resources and begun production of your item, however it will still be returnable under the terms of our return/exchange policy listed below.

Engraved Ring Policy

At Ring Ninja many of our rings are customizable via our custom engraving service. This is a great way to personalize your ring, or the ring you are purchasing for a gift, or for you significant other. Because the customization of your ring is going to be permanent there are some terms and conditions that apply to engraved rings. If you need more information on our engraved rings click here to open our custom engraving page, otherwise read below for what you need to know about customizing your ring with our engraving service.

If you choose to try your rings on before engraving Ring Ninja will send your rings to you without engraving, and we will include a prepaid return shipper for you to send them back for adjustments and engraving. After we have engraved your rings they will be sent back to you. A couple of things about this service:

  • The return shipper is only available in the USA. International customer will be responsible for shipping back rings (and having them shipped back to you) at your own expense.
  • There is no additional charge for this service, however it only includes one trip back to Ring Ninja, and one trip back to you via First Class Mail. If you need a faster return shipper, or if you need to try the rings on more than once, additional costs will apply.
  • This service will add some time to the shipping process since it will have to make more than one trip to you (our valued customer).
  • If you receive the rings and decide you want to return them for a refund, the amount of shipping and handling for the return shipper and the original shipper will be deducted from any eligible refunds.
  • Once rings have been engraved they are not returnable or refundable, although they may be serviced under their lifetime warranty if one applies to that product.
  • Items that have had engraving added and do not select either 'Try Ring On First' option or 'Prior to Shipping' option before adding to the cart will be deemed to be items that are 'Prior to Shipping' and will be engraved and shipped.

If you choose to have your rings engraved prior to shipping this will not add any additional manufacturing time to your order as we do this in house, however once the ring has been engraved they cannot be exchanged or returned as the engraving is going to be permanent. As we've said above we do recommend trying the rings on prior to engraving but if you are confident in your size, or are on a tight schedule, it is understandable that you would have them engraved prior to shipping. For this reason engraved rings can still be exchanged for size, but only under the terms of any lifetime warranty that applies to that product. There will be a deductible on many rings, and a cost for re-engraving. The terms of the lifetime warranty will be listed further down in this document - be sure to check your product and find the correct lifetime warranty.

Lifetime Warranty for 'In Stock' Items

This lifetime warranty will apply only to products that specifically say on the product page that they come with our warranty. These products will be designated as 'Ships Same Business Day', you will see the following graphic directly below the 'add to cart' button (this excludes stainless steel rings, and custom engravable gifts):

At Ring Ninja our warranty is second to none. Once a product that has this warranty is outside of it's exchange or return period (21 days) it may be serviced under this warranty. This is good because many of our alternative metal rings cannot be sized, and this is the best (and most affordable) way to achieve resizing on a product that has been engraved, or is outside the initial 21 day return policy. If you ever need to use this service you must contact us via email (sales@ring-ninja.com) and have your order number in the email. We will them email you instructions and our warranty form. There is a deductible depending on the metal type and style of the ring. Following is a list of specific conditions and some general deductibles on our rings:

  • This warranty applies to rings that are unintentionally damaged, rings that have been intentionally damaged (such as striking the ring with a hammer) may be rejected by ring ninja.
  • Any ring that is damaged as the result of a manufacturing defect and is outside the 21 day return/exchange period will use the terms of this warranty for service.
  • Warranty claims for sizing must be for a size that is regularly carried.
  • Buyer MUST contact ring ninja via email to request a warranty claim and claim form. Please send your request and your order number to: sales@ring-ninja.com
  • Ring Ninja reserves the right to refuse any mistreated merchandise for processing under this warranty.
  • Third party alterations to your item will void this warranty.
  • If the ring has been engraved, a re-engraving fee will apply.
  • This warranty is non transferable, and can only be applied to in stock, non-discontinued items.
  • Buyer will be responsible to pay the deductible and shipping fees immediately upon a warranty claim request.
  • Ring Ninja reserves the right to cancel or alter this policy at any time without notice.

The following are the current costs of deductibles on these rings, these are subject to change:

  • Stainless Steel rings are not covered
  • Titanium Rings $15 (rings w/ stones may be more)
  • Tungsten Carbide Rings $20 (rings w/ stones may be more)
  • Cobalt Chrome Rings $30 (rings w/ stones may be more)

Lifetime Warranty for 'Made to Order' Items

Our Made to Order rings will be covered by this warranty. This will apply once this product is outside of it's 21 day warranty. This warranty is a manufacturers warranty and Ring Ninja is not liable or responsible if the manufacturer of your ring deems your warranty to be void, if the manufacturer goes out of business, or if you fail to register your ring with the manufacturer. All rings covered by this warranty will have a registration number and a card will be sent to you upon purchase. You will be responsible for keeping the card, and the registration number on hand. Our made to order rings are mostly precious metal rings such as gold, silver, platinum, etc, however we will have some Cobalt Chrome, Tungsten Carbide, and Titanium Rings that will be covered by this warranty. Products that are covered by this manufacturers warranty are designated as 'Made to Order' products and they will have the following graphic directly below the 'Add to Cart' button before adding the product to your cart:

In the event you need to utilize the manufacturers warranty please refer to your warranty card that was received with your item, or contact us here at Ring Ninja via email with your order number and your specific request at sales@ring-ninja.com and we will help you process your warranty claim. This warranty does not have a deductible but certain work may have fees such as adding gold for sizing, and postage is your reponsibility when executing a warranty claim. The following conditions (but not limited to the following conditions) apply, for a complete list check your warranty card:

  • All rings must be registered within 30 days of purchase of the band.
  • Chipped or missing stones are only covered for the first 60 days of actual wear. The lifetime warranty cannot be used for this after 60 days of wear.
  • All bands can only be sized or refinished after 60 days of actual wear and assuming the ring has been registered correctly.
  • Third-party alterations to the band, excluding engraving, will automatically void the warranty.
  • Ring Ninja and the manufacturer reserve the right to modify this policy at any time and without notice and/or refuse registration.
  • Fees may apply (ie: when adding gold to a ring). Postage is the consumers responsibility and is collectable at the time of a warranty claim request.

Return and Exchange Policy

This section applies to rings that need to be returned or exchanged. All of our products come with a 21 day return/exchange period (known as our 21 day satisfaction guarantee) in which rings can be returned or exchanged for a different size or style. This is a very quick process to exchange your ring, or return it for a refund. Our typical turn around time on an exchange is 1 business day on our 'in stock' items, and about a week on our 'made to order' items.. The following terms and conditions apply to our Return and Exchange Policy.

For items that are designated as 'In Stock Items' as noted by the above graphic the following terms and conditions apply:

  • Any alterations such as custom engraving void your eligibility for the 21 day satisfaction guarantee.
  • For returns all items must be received by us no later than 21 days from the original date of purchase.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
  • Items that were purchased with free shipping will have shipping and handling fees deducted from any refund.
  • Items that were purchased with expedited shipping (ie: Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air) will not receive a refund for the shipping as this has been paid to the courier for delivery of your item. Handling will also be deducted from a refund.
  • Ring Ninja reserves the right to refuse any damaged merchandise for return or exchange.
  • Buyer MUST contact Ring Ninja via email at: sales@ring-ninja.com for exchanges or returns and the appropriate forms and instructions will be sent.
  • Packages that arrive for returns or exchanges without an 'exchange form' or an RMA number (for returns) will be rejected.
  • Buyer will be responsible to pay shipping to and from Ring Ninja for returns or exchanges.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the payment method used for payment. If this is no longer available for Ring Ninja to credit your account, Ring Ninja will only be able to issue store credit. 10% restocking fee applies on all returns for refund.
  • For international shipments you may incur taxes or fees charged by your local government. Ring Ninja is not responsible for these costs. Refunds will not be issued for these costs, packages that are refused by the customer as a result of import taxes will not be refunded by Ring Ninja for any reason.
  • Ring Ninja reserves the right to cancel or alter this policy at any time without notice.

For items that are designated as 'Made to Order Items' as noted by the above graphic the following terms and conditions apply:

  • Any alterations such as custom engraving void your eligibility for the 21 day satisfaction guarantee.
  • For returns, items must be received by us in new condition no later than 21 days from the original date of purchase.
  • Since these are usually precious metal items when sending back for a RETURN or EXCHANGE they must be in NEW and UNWORN condition. If you decide you don't like the style of the ring, or the fit, please don't continue to wear the product and contact us about an exchange or return and we will be happy to help you set this up. Items that have signs of wear WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE for return.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
  • Items that were purchased with free shipping will have shipping and handling fees deducted from any refund.
  • Items that were purchased with expedited shipping (ie: Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air) will not receive a refund for the shipping as this has been paid to the courier for delivery of your item. Handling will also be deducted from a refund.
